I don’t remember how many bribes we paid to make the adventurous road trip through Kyrgyzstan possible, but it was worth it. Despite the challenges of corruption and sometimes erratic traffic rules, Kyrgyzstan has much more to offer. Located in Central Asia, Kyrgyzstan is a small, mountainous country with stunning natural landscapes, including Lenin Peak and the Pamir mountain ranges.
In addition to its natural beauty, Kyrgyzstan is home to a rich nomadic culture with a long history. In the capital city of Bishkek, there is a vibrant and youthful energy, with many young people spursuing creative projects.
